Loving this fall weather!

So this week has been PERFECT fall weather and we have been enjoying it to the fullest! We raked lots of leaves and still have lots more. And we jumped into leaf piles....weeee! Joanna mostly ate them!
The boys were running, jumping and climbing beautiful trees.

Joanna loves being outside and especially loves the swing, she will sit in it for hours just watching the boys play! This is our attempt at getting them all to smile...and this was the best one, of the three of them, out of a ton of pictures taken. I'm not sure if this will get easier...probably not. LOL!

I've been trying to take Caleb's 2 year pictures for some time now and each time no luck, but I think these will do for now. This first one makes me laugh!Gideon is my HUGE helper, he is always asking "mommy what do you want me to do?" It is so sweet, he helps me cook, clean, do laundry, stack wood, rake...I mean you name it, he does it!After all the raking was done... (doesn't this pictures just make you smile...it does me!)
Here are some 6 month pictures I took of Joanna the other day...can you believe it...6 months..wow! She has been rocking on her hands and knees a lot lately, and she rolls everywhere, I will lay her down in one spot and walk out of the room and when I come back in she is 3 feet away! She is totally a mover and shaker!Cuddling with daddy!Gideon LOVES Joanna so much, he is so sweet to her, he plays with her, cuddles with her, brings her toys, talks to her and will do anything to stop her crying, he takes such good care of her!

Bethany,

I stand in awe of your photographic ability in seeing the the "life" in the photo in front of your camera.
I have had a wonderful time going thru your photos.
The picture of Joanna holding Caleb's face up close is a magazine winner. The boys stretched out in the leaves on their backs is awesome.
I could go on and on how you catch the light and action. Bravo young lady, BRAVO!
Your testimony at the end of the blog and the things you state are so open and advanced they leave one
seeing faith as it was meant to be followed and professed.
You and Jason have a blessed life and I feel great joy in sharing in
this life through your blog.

God bless!!

Okay, as far as the butter bread in your above post...you've got this pregnant girl craving some butter bread at 11:30 PM. I've got to go to bed!

I was a friend of your father's way back in the early '70's, and then he went in to the Navy and we lost touch with him. Just recently another in-common friend found your father. And one of my friends sent me this website, and just today have I looked at it.
I thought, looking at these boys, that they are definitely Jim's kids, no denying, one can see it in their faces, but then I determined they are his grandkids and you are his daughter. What a wonderful, Spirit-filled family you all are and I thank God to have seen such.
I intend to come down there and visit my old friend as soon as my work schedule lets up.
